Public profile and leads: turn interest into a new conversation
Review your public page, share services and follow up on registrations of interest in Levvi Doulas.
Present a profile you can support
Review your professional name, bio, city, experience, services and public channels before sharing the page. Use an objective introduction and only current information. Photos, social links and phone details appear according to the public data you configure.
A public page is a contact showcase, not a promise of availability, results or clinical care. Do not publish client health data or personal information. Update it when services, region or channels change.
Share the link and receive interest
Use the public profile address in a conversation, bio or promotional material. When someone submits the registration from the page, the interest is persisted before redirecting to the contact channel. That preserves the record if WhatsApp fails to open.
A lead is not a contract, appointment or confirmed support. Reply through the channel shown on the profile, confirm the person’s identity and agree on the next step directly. A created lead does not guarantee a place.
Qualify the conversation carefully
When a lead arrives, use the submitted context and ask only what is needed to understand the request. For sensitive information, use the appropriate channel and explain its purpose. The public profile should not expose intake answers or documents.
If the person moves forward, create the client and send intake through its own flow. This separates initial interest from the record containing consent, contacts and support information.
Keep profile and history consistent
Review contacts and links regularly by visiting the public address as a visitor. Check that the displayed phone is the channel you want to publish and remove unused networks. A clear profile starts conversations without promising unsupported app behavior.
When a conversation becomes support, record the client, contract and sessions in their respective flows. The profile remains the entry point; the record and calendar hold professional follow-up.
Before your next appointment
