How to delete my account

What happens when you delete your account?
Levvi is a local-first app. All your data (tasks, medications, menstrual cycle, settings) is stored exclusively on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal or health data to our servers.
When you request account deletion, the only thing removed is the sign-in link with Google or Apple used for authentication. Since there is no personal data on our servers, there is nothing else to delete.
How to delete your account
Follow these steps inside the Levvi app:
- Open the app and go to Settings (gear icon in the top right corner).
- In the Account section, tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.
After confirmation, your Google or Apple sign-in link will be permanently removed.
What about data on my device?
Your local data (tasks, medications, cycle records, etc.) remains on your device after account deletion. To completely remove all app data, uninstall the Levvi app from your device. This will erase all locally stored information.
Request deletion via email
If you prefer, you can also request account deletion by emailing contato@levvi.app with the subject line "Account deletion". We will process your request within 48 hours.
