Client contracts and adhesion: record the doula package

Build a package, send an electronic contract and follow the client’s adhesion with organized Levvi Doulas records.

Define what you will offer

Start with the package model closest to the conversation you had with the family. Review included services, optional modules and payment terms before sharing a document. The package is an operational summary of what you agreed and should be checked for every client.

Describe the scope in language the client can review on a phone. This guide explains product organization; it is not legal advice and does not claim legal validity for a contract. For rights, duties or local law, seek qualified advice.

Send it for review and signature

From the client record, send the electronic contract through the available workflow. The client can review amounts, select installments and sign on screen from a phone. Check that the sharing contact is correct and say which step you expect her to complete.

The product records signature date, time and integrity. That keeps the history organized but does not turn a signature into legal advice. Keep relevant conversations and align changes before creating a new version.

Follow adhesion in the record

After completion, open the record and check the contract and installments linked to the package. If adhesion is pending, contact the client and clarify what remains. Opening a link is not acceptance or payment confirmation.

Keeping client, contract and installments together reduces old-version confusion. When terms change, record the change in the appropriate flow and confirm it with the family before continuing.

Prepare the first session

Use the organized record to review contacts, planned sessions and information that depends on the package. Agree on next steps in a clear message and keep relevant support notes. The calendar remains the place for timed appointments.

Before the session, check that needed documents are loaded and that connectivity is available for new submissions and synchronization. The app stores the workflow records; professional decisions and family agreements remain yours.

Before your next appointment

  • Review package services, options and terms
  • Send the contract for review through the link
  • Check signature and installments in the client record
  • Record the next support steps
