When you first access the cycle feature, Levvi asks for your average cycle length and period duration. These values calibrate the prediction algorithm. You can adjust them at any time as the app learns your patterns over successive cycles.

Tap on any day to log your data. You can record flow intensity (light, moderate, heavy), select from 23 symptoms (cramps, headache, bloating, etc.), choose your mood from 7 options, and add notes. Logging takes seconds and builds a comprehensive health history over time.

Fertile window and PMS prediction
Levvi calculates the fertile window based on the Wilcox et al. methodology (NEJM, 1995) and predicts PMS subtypes using the Abraham (1983) classification. These science-backed predictions help you plan ahead and share accurate data with your healthcare provider.
