Self-care in Levvi is not a vague concept -- it is organized into 6 specific areas that you can customize and track daily. The system adapts to your energy level, so you can maintain a self-care practice even on difficult days.

The 6 self-care areas

Levvi organizes self-care into 6 areas: body, mind, emotions, social, environment, and creativity. Each area contains suggested activities that you can customize. For example, body activities include stretching, skincare, and bath rituals. Mind activities include reading, journaling, and meditation.

Creating your routine

Start by selecting 1-2 activities from each area that resonate with you. You don't need to fill every area immediately -- start small and build over time. Levvi shows your self-care progress on the home screen, so you can see at a glance which areas you have been nurturing and which ones need attention.

Adapting to your energy level

On low-energy days, Levvi's energy mode system adjusts which activities are shown. Instead of seeing your full list, you see lighter alternatives. A turbo day might suggest an intense workout, while a low-battery day suggests gentle stretching or a warm bath. This prevents the guilt of skipping self-care on hard days.

Tracking progress

Each completed self-care activity contributes to your Virtual Garden, where flowers grow with your daily progress. The home screen shows your self-care completion across all 6 areas, helping you maintain balance rather than focusing on just one dimension of wellbeing.
