Task management in Levvi is designed to adapt to your energy level. Unlike traditional to-do apps that treat every day the same, Levvi uses 3 energy modes -- low battery, balanced, and turbo -- to adjust which tasks appear on your daily screen.
Creating a task
Tap the add button on the home screen to create a new task. Enter the task name, select a context (home, work, personal, health, etc.), set the energy level required (low, medium, or high), and optionally schedule a date and time. You can also set tasks as recurring for daily, weekly, or custom patterns.
Using contexts
Contexts help you organize tasks by area of life. When you are at home, filter by the home context to see only relevant tasks. When at work, switch to the work context. This reduces cognitive load by showing only what matters in your current situation.
Energy modes
Levvi's 3 energy modes transform your task list based on how you feel. Low battery mode shows only essential, low-effort tasks. Balanced mode shows your full list. Turbo mode highlights challenging tasks you have been postponing. The energy mode is suggested by the Energy Score but can be manually adjusted.
The weekly view
The weekly view shows all 7 days at a glance, with your tasks distributed across the week. You can drag tasks between days to redistribute your workload. This view also shows your Virtual Garden progress, where each completed task grows a flower in your weekly garden.
Completing and tracking
Tap the checkbox to mark a task as complete. Each completion adds a flower to your Virtual Garden and contributes to your daily streak. If you miss a day, streak freeze protects your streak up to 3 times per month -- no punishment, just gentle support.
