It's not intuition. Levvi crosses 5 data sources and calculates, every morning, an honest reading of your day — based on your body, not generic averages.
How the score is calculated
Weights are automatically redistributed among available data from your wearable. The more data, the greater the accuracy.
Recovery
35%HRV vs baseline, sleep duration (7–9h ideal), sleep efficiency, resting HR, deep sleep and REM
Stress level
25%HRV vs personal baseline, resting HR variation, respiratory rate
Activity
20%Steps vs personal 14-day average, exercise minutes the day before
Menstrual cycle
10%Current cycle phase: follicular (+), ovulatory (++), luteal (-), menstrual (--). Adjusted for contraceptive use.
SpO₂ (saturation)
10%≥ 98% → 100pts · 95–98% → normal · 92–95% → attention · < 92% → clinical alert
Personal baseline: average of the last 14 days. Comparisons always relative to you — not population averages.
Energy modes
Preservation
0–35Body asking for rest. Focus only on essentials — vital tasks and low-effort ones.
Maintenance
36–65Regular day. Good for routines and medium-effort tasks without overload.
Hyperfocus
66–100Your best day. For big challenges, creativity and important decisions.

On the first opening of the day, Levvi shows your mode suggestion (if you have a connected wearable) or asks 2 quick questions when there's no automatic data available:

With wearable: the automatic suggestion appears with the score and cycle influence. You can accept or choose manually.
Wearables via Google Health Connect (Android)
Garmin, Samsung Galaxy Watch, Fitbit, Xiaomi Mi Band, Wear OS and any compatible device. Sleep, SpO₂ and HR data are read automatically in the background — updated every 2h.
