Glucose elevation arising in pregnancy¹, screened with 75 g OGTT weeks 24–28².

How the test works

Fasting sample, glucose drink, 1h and 2h samples². Plan 2–3 hours on site.

Preparation tips

Light dinner the day before, confirm water rules, bring post-test snack, list medications.

If results are high

Nutrition, glucose monitoring, activity, sometimes medication¹³. Closer follow-up is expected.

After diagnosis
